  3. Like both of those as choices, but maybe too long for a Film Club selection. I'm trying to keep them under two hours so we can still have time for discussions afterwards.

    1. Makes it tough because so many good film are over the two hour mark. Maybe towards the end of the semester if we can get a dedicated, regular group coming each time.

    3. Great list, Jack! We should get to at least one or two of those when we do "classic" films. I'd like to stay away from "R" rated films as well (this is killing me). The film heads have settled on "Badlands" as our next film. It's 94 min and PG. You should be happy because it's "Tree of Life" director Terrence Malick's first film.

  4. A Clockwork Orange! There's no violence in there. Maybe a little ultra violence. That's PG...right?
